Returns and Refunds Policy
At Michi Essentials, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, with all included parts or accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used oral-care and grooming products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us at michiessentials.shop@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they changed their mind. If the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, Michi Essentials will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the product, its packaging and the shipping label. Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund. A physical return might not be required.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to request a return for the item you received. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return, or after reviewing the evidence provided for a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at michiessentials.shop@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Sealed hygiene products cannot be returned after they have been opened when the applicable law permits this exception.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country.
Where the EU right of withdrawal applies, we will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
